MP supports call to suspend Universal Credit

Camphill Scotland, who joined Citizens Advice Scotland and other organisations in calling on the UK Government to halt the roll out of Universal Credit was glad to receive support from Drew Hendry, MP. Hendry told us that he was “extremely pleased to read your recent joint letter to the UK Minister in regards to the hardship caused by the rollout of Universal Credit.”. He went on to tell us that in response to the joint letter he has “raised a parliamentary motion commending the work”.
