Jeanne Freeman MSP, the Minister for Social Security, visited Camphill Newton Dee recently. This provided the Minister with an opportunity to find out first hand how Camphill in Scotland’s approaches are helping to promote social inclusion, and to ensuring that people with learning disabilities and other support needs feel valued, respected and have a sense of belonging within communities.
Camphill Scotland later submitted a response to the Scottish Government’s A Connected Scotland consultation.
