Camphill Blair Drummond was delighted to recently welcome volunteers from Scottish Power to the estate. The volunteers helped to build a new nursery in Camphill Blair Drummond’s Display Garden.
Camphill Blair Drummond is very grateful to all of the Scottish Power volunteers for their hard work, effort and commitment in building the flower beds, which have greatly benefited the whole community.
Gerry McKeown, Camphill Blair Drummond’s Development and Enterprise Manager, said:
Over the past four years we have welcomed a number of employee groups from Scottish Power to our community. The volunteers have helped us with a number of projects on our estate, the latest being the garden nursery raised beds used by some of our older residents and day students. The contribution to the community by Scottish Power Employees has made a significant difference to the estate, and to the lives of the people who live and work here.
